The DD 700 M is a manual disgorging and dosing machine designed for small-scale production of champagne, crémant, and other sparkling wines made using the traditional method. This champagne bottling equipment is ideal for artisan wineries, laboratory testing, or special cuvées requiring precise control over the disgorging and dosing process.
A Simple and Effective Solution for Disgorging and Dosing
The DD 700 M enables clean and controlled disgorging, followed by precise manual dosing with the addition of liqueur d’expédition. It integrates easily into a disgorging line or champagne bottling line, and can be used alongside a corking and wirehooding machine.
This machine can be used with an ice bath or for à la volée disgorging.
